practice is that all our reformatted pcs are embellished with all
Windows security patches. Most virus repairs will involve these updates
as well. |

Reformats |

On
occasions, it may be quicker to reformat and reinstall because of
the sheer amount of damage a virus has wreaked. In this case it's
the customer's responsibility to make sure his personal files are
backed up. This can be done either in conjunction with eCookstown
or personally by the customer. eCookstown CANNOT take responsibility
for lost information. |
